Cookie Bars

Ingredients:
- 1 package (15 ct) Cassavaberry cookie mix (Chocolate Chip, Peanut Butter Chip, or Loaded)
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup virgin coconut oil, melted (luke warm, not hot)
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1.5 tbsp water
Instructions:
- Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F.
- Mix Dry Ingredients: Pour the cookie mix into a mixing bowl and stir.
- Combine Wet Ingredients: Add the maple syrup, melted coconut oil, vanilla extract, and water to the dry mix. Stir until well combined.
- Rest and Stir: Let the dough rest for 10 minutes, then stir again.
- Prepare Pan: Grease an 8x8 pan or line it with parchment paper. (We used a glass 8x8 pan.)
- Spread Dough: Spread the cookie dough evenly in the prepared pan.
- Bake: Bake at 350°F for approximately 25 minutes.
- Cool and Cut: Allow the bars to cool completely before cutting into squares.
