I cannot express how much I LOVE these cookies. Friends picked up the mix at the Lafayette street fair and baked them for me as they try to find me yummy things as I went gluten/grain free last year. Thankfully they saved me the package so I could find more. Just picked up an order from the owner Stacie who is DELIGHTFUL and look forward to trying the brownies and tortillas. As a small business owner myself, loved finding Cassavaberry.

We left some cookies out for Santa, Chocolate Chip and Gingersnaps, and he liked them all but he ate all the Gingersnaps! They have a gingery zing and chewy center. I love how we can make the mixes less sweet or more sweet when baking at home. Delish!

Since I follow MM, it’s really hard to find a tasty treat that’s gluten and dairy free but since I’ve tried your product, I found my favorite these brownies along with the cookies are excellent. I highly recommend people who have these allergies and or follow a certain lifestyle to buy these. You’re sweet tooth will finally be satisfied.. The owner was a peach and a breathe of fresh air.. I made pancakes last night with your gluten free mix and they were delicious! It made quite a few pancakes and I followed the directions to the T. Excellent and yummy!!
