At Cassavaberry, we're committed to delivering your baking mixes quickly and in great condition.
Order Processing
Orders placed by 2:00 PM MST are typically processed within 24-48 hours.
Orders placed after this time will begin processing the next business day.
Shipping Schedule
To help ensure your order arrives in the best possible condition, we ship Monday through Wednesday.
Orders placed later in the week may be held until the following Monday to prevent packages from sitting in transit over the weekend.
Summer Shipping
☀️📦 During the summer months, we take extra precautions to help protect our baking mixes from heat during transit.
From October through April, most orders ship via standard ground service. During warmer months, orders shipping outside of Colorado will default to UPS or FedEx 2-Day shipping at checkout to help protect product quality during transit.
Ordering only our All-Purpose Baking Mix or Tortilla Mix? Email us at hello@cassavaberry.com before placing your order for a ground shipping quote.
An ice pack is included with orders containing chocolate or carob products. While we can't control the weather, we're doing our best to help your mixes arrive in great condition and ready for baking.
Please bring your package inside as soon as possible after delivery. It's normal for the box to feel warm after traveling on a delivery truck. Leaving packages outside or in a mailbox for extended periods may increase the chance of melted chocolate or carob chips.
Hot Weather Disclaimer
☀️🔥 If you live somewhere that feels like the surface of the sun this summer (we're looking at you, Texas, Florida, Arizona, New Mexico, Nevada, and Southern California 😅), please know that chocolate and carob chips may arrive slightly softened or melted despite our best efforts.
The good news? They'll still bake up beautifully.
If you're concerned about melting, you may wish to wait for cooler weather or choose one of our mixes that don't contain chocolate or carob.

Most orders arrive within 2 business days after shipment during the summer months, though transit times may vary based on destination and carrier conditions.
You'll receive a tracking email as soon as your order ships so you can follow its journey.

- Processing times may be extended during promotions, holidays, or high-volume periods.
- Carrier delays and weather-related delays are outside of our control.
- While we take precautions to protect temperature-sensitive products, we cannot guarantee chocolate or carob chips will arrive un-melted during periods of extreme heat.
