I cannot express how much I LOVE these cookies. Friends picked up the mix at the Lafayette street fair and baked them for me as they try to find me yummy things as I went gluten/grain free last year. I made these brownies with my young toddler "helping" and the brownies came out incredibly fudgy and delicious! It was a simple enough process to do (mostly) alone with my kiddo and I was really impressed by the texture, since it's just made with almond flour. My mom is gluten intolerant so I have eaten a lot of almond flour bakes, as well as many GF brownies in particular, and I would not have been able to tell that these brownies were GF at all! I really loved them and we went through them quickly, so I will be ordering more now :)
