I cannot express how much I LOVE these cookies. Friends picked up the mix at the Lafayette street fair and baked them for me as they try to find me yummy things as I went gluten/grain free last year. Good taste but a little hard (crunchy) if baked at 350 for 25 minutes per the instructions. At least that was my experience

The pumpkin spice brownies are my favorite! They were so easy to make. As the brownies cooled the smell of the pumpkin spices filled my kitchen. The browines were soft and chewy in the middle. You could taste the spices with every bite. I have found my new fall dessert!
