PB & J Cookies

Ingredients:

Directions:
  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F.
  2. In a mixing bowl, pour in the Cassavaberry Peanut Butter Chip cookie mix.
  3. Add the dried cranberries
  4. Melt the coconut oil, making sure it is not very warm, otherwise it will melt the peanut butter chips. 
  5. Add maple syrup or honey, vanilla and water to the oil.  Pour into dry mix..
  6. Stir the ingredients together until well combined. Let the dough rest for 10 minutes to allow the chia egg to work.
  7. Using a cookie scoop or spoon, scoop out dough and place it onto a parchment-lined baking sheet. Flatten each cookie slightly with a spatula, to about 1/2 inch.
  8. Bake the cookies in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
  9. Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
  10. Enjoy these delicious PB & J cookies as a perfect snack or dessert!
