Green Chile Quesadilla

1. Preheat the Pan:

Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
 

2, Assemble the Quesadilla:

Place one Cassavaberry tortilla in the skillet.
Sprinkle half of the dairy-free cheese evenly over the tortilla.
Add the diced green chiles on top of the cheese.
Sprinkle the remaining dairy-free cheese over the green chiles.
Place the second tortilla on top.
 
3. Cook the Quesadilla:
Cook for about 3-4 minutes, or until the bottom tortilla is golden brown, crispy and the cheese starts to melt.
Carefully flip the quesadilla using a spatula.
Cook for another 3-4 minutes on the other side, until the tortilla is golden brown and crispy, and the cheese is fully melted.
 
4. Serve:
Remove the quesadilla from the skillet and let it cool for a minute.
Slice into wedges and enjoy!
 
Optional:
Serve with your favorite salsa, or guacamole. Enjoy!
