Jack O'Lantern Quesadilla

  1. Ingredients:

    • 2 Cassavaberry tortillas
    • Shredded cheese (about 1/2 cup)
    • Optional: other favorite fillings

    Instructions:

    1. Prep the Tortillas: Take one tortilla and carefully cut out a jack-o’-lantern face (eyes, nose, mouth) using a knife.

    2. Assemble the Quesadilla: Place the other (uncut) tortilla on a plate. Sprinkle cheese evenly across it and add any extra fillings you'd like.

    3. Top with the Face: Lay the jack-o’-lantern cut-out tortilla on top of the cheese and fillings.

    4. Cook: Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Carefully transfer the quesadilla to the skillet.

    5. Melt & Toast: Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, until the cheese is melted and the tortilla is golden brown.

    6. Serve: Remove from heat, slice, and enjoy your spooky, cheesy jack-o’-lantern quesadilla!
