  3. Using a pizza cutter, slice each tortilla into 8 triangles.

  4. Arrange the triangles in a single layer on a baking sheet.

Optional: Lightly brush both sides with avocado oil for extra crispness.

  1. Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until the chips reach your desired level of crispness.

  2. Transfer chips to a cooling rack and allow them to cool completely—they will continue to crisp as they cool.
