Fun Tip: For the Peanut Butter Chip Cookie Mix and the Chocolate Chip Cookie Mix!

Use ¼ cup creamy peanut butter in place of the oil.  If your peanut butter is a little dry, you made need to add a little bit of water to the cookie dough to combine it.
