We get this question all the time: What is a Cassavaberry?

When we were starting out, every name we came up with was taken—so we got creative! “Cassava” is the main ingredient in our original tortilla mixes, and “Barry” is our family’s last name. Together, they form Cassavaberry—a plant-powered name with heart and meaning.

It’s catchy, trademarkable, and reflects who we are: a family-led, plant-based baking company built from scratch (literally!).
