Cassavaberry coffee brownies with coffee beans sprinkled around

Coffee Brownies

Ingredients

  • 1 Cassavaberry Chocolate Chip Brownie Mix

  • ¼ cup brewed coffee (cooled)

  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil, melted (warm, not hot)

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

  • Parchment paper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

  2. Line an 8x8-inch pan with parchment paper. (Glass or ceramic works best.)

  3. Pour the brownie mix into a mixing bowl.

  4. Melt the coconut oil until just warm—do not overheat, as hot oil can melt the chocolate chips.

  5. Add the coffee, vanilla, and melted coconut oil to the mix. Stir until well blended and a thick, cookie-dough-like batter forms.

  6. Spread the batter evenly into the prepared pan.

  7. Bake for about 25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

  8. Cool completely before cutting into squares.

Storage

Store in an airtight container at room temperature, or refrigerate or freeze for longer storage.

Rich, chocolatey, and kissed with coffee flavor—these brownies are a dream for mocha lovers! ☕✨
