🔥🌯Warming Tips

Preheat a non-stick skillet over medium-low heat. Place the tortilla in the skillet and flick a few drops of water onto it using your fingers. Then, flick a little water onto a lid and cover the skillet. Warm until the tortilla is soft, heated through, and lightly steamed.

❄️🌯Freezing Tips

Store tortillas in a sealed zipper bag and freeze. When ready to use, thaw in the refrigerator before warming.

How to Make Larger Tortillas

  • Divide the dough into 6 equal balls, about ½ cup each.
  • Between two pieces of parchment paper (or using a large tortilla press), roll each ball out to at least 9 inches. Keep the dough balls covered with a damp cloth while you cook.
  • Preheat a large non-stick skillet or griddle over medium to medium-low heat.
  • Place a tortilla on the skillet and cook for 2 minutes.
  • Flip and cook the other side for 2 minutes.
  • Flip a second time and cook for 1 more minute. If the tortilla puffs up, gently press it down with a spatula.
  • Remove from heat and repeat with remaining tortillas.

PRO TIPS: 1. Cool cooked tortillas on a cooling rack.

                  2. Use two pans or a griddle to cook twice as many tortillas at once!
