Absolutely delicious without the fear of getting sick! Stacy does an amazing job of making these mixes. They are easy to follow directions and they make some perfectly delicious cookies. I can finally bake within my dietary restrictions!

I cannot express how much I LOVE these cookies. Friends picked up the mix at the Lafayette street fair and baked them for me as they try to find me yummy things as I went gluten/grain free last year. Thankfully they saved me the package so I could find more. Just picked up an order from the owner Stacie who is DELIGHTFUL and look forward to trying the brownies and tortillas.
